Most homeowners find us one of two ways. They're building and the builder's railing sub fell through, or they've lived with a wobbly wood rail or a dated spindle stair for ten years and finally want it gone. Either way the job is the same: measure it right, build it clean, install it so it doesn't move.
Everything below is built in our Tontitown shop out of steel, stainless or aluminum, and installed by us. Nothing is ordered from a catalog and bolted together on your stairs.

What working with us looks like
You send photos. We come measure. You get a drawing with a price on it, and you don't pay for anything until you've signed off on exactly what's getting built. Most house jobs are three to five weeks from that signature to install day. Here's the full process.
Building a new house? Have your builder call us early, before drywall if you're doing an interior stair rail. We can plan blocking in the walls for handrail brackets and set post locations before the flooring goes down. It saves money and it looks better.
