We're right next door in Tontitown. Springdale is where a lot of our work ends up.
Our shop is in Tontitown, so Springdale is the closest city we work in. West Springdale out toward Har-Ber is barely a few minutes from us. We do a lot of house work here, and a lot of repair work for the trucking and food companies that keep Springdale running.
What we see a lot in Springdale
Springdale has two kinds of houses we get called to. There's the new construction going up on the west and north sides, where builders need stair rails and deck rails on a schedule. And there are the older brick houses near downtown and along Emma Avenue, where somebody wants to replace a rusty porch rail that's been there since the 70s.
On the commercial side, it's trailers. Springdale runs on trucks. Bent landing gear, cracked crossmembers, broken ramps on flatbeds. If your trailer is down and it's costing you loads, call. We're close enough that it's often quicker to bring it to Tontitown than to wait on a bigger shop.

Springdale's building department handles permits for new stairs and structural changes. Replacing a rail in the same spot usually doesn't need one, but a new deck or a new staircase does. On permitted work, we build to what the inspector is going to check.
