Rogers is about 30 minutes up I-49 from our shop. We work there often, both on houses and on commercial jobs for contractors building along the interstate.
What we see a lot in Rogers
Lake homes. East of town toward Beaver Lake, people want big decks and balconies with a view, and they don't want pickets in front of it. That's cable rail and wide horizontal bar, usually on a fascia mount so the posts don't eat deck space. Stainless hardware near the water.
In the newer neighborhoods and around Pinnacle Hills, it's interior stair rails for builders on a schedule. We can work from the builder's plans and set a measure date once the stairs are framed.
Commercial work in Rogers is mostly handrail, guardrail and stairs for new retail, office and multifamily going up along I-49.
